The WHO GHWN Youth Hub is delighted to invite you to its 2022 Online Conference “Youth and Planetary Health: Sustainable Collaboration for the Future” taking place this September 9-10.
In recognition of the growing urgency between climate change and health security, the conference aims to amplify the youth health workforce’s voice in building stronger community cooperation for planetary health.
The conference will feature discussions covering a wide range of issues concerned with youth in Planetary Health including:
– Advancing one health through governance and advocacy
– The role of youth in promoting a healthier environment
– Digital health approaches for one health
– Problem solving through entrepreneurship and systems thinking

Planetary health issues demand urgent youth action that spans across geographical borders and industry sector lines. Hence, the Youth Hub has initiated YHack22 as a week-long hackathon to catalyse cooperation towards meaningful and holistic solutions for Planetary Health. The hackathon will be connected to the conference and start September 9 with submissions closing by September 17.
