I hope this email finds you safe and well. We are very excited to share with you the opportunity to join our annual Global Health Colloquium, which will be held online for the first time!
The event will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020, from 11:00PM to 3:00PM EST (GMT-4). All sessions will be given through Zoom.
The Global Health Colloquium is a stimulating day of numerous conferences and various activities for all students in Québec and from elsewhere. This year’s event will present online conferences on the topic of the social, political & economic determinants of emerging health threats both at the local and international scale. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from some of Montreal’s leaders in public and global health and will gain insight into the barriers to care that exist in Canada and abroad. The colloquium includes two opening conferences and two parallel streams in the afternoon: local stream and international stream. Some presentations will be given in French and others in English. Topics include climate change, medicine in times of war, and much more!
