Dear SCORA members from around the world,
We hope we find you all safe and healthy during this period.
With this email we’re officially beginning our activities for this year’s celebration of the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOT) 2020.
Here you can see an overview of the activities organised by the SCORA IT for this year:
Besides all these, we want to take this opportunity to make your voices and experiences in the topic of IDAHOT and SOGIESC be heard! This is why we created this form, through which you can share personal stories regarding IDAHOT or any experience or event you witnessed (in medical school, in hospitals, in your communities…) related to Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, as well as activities you are working on in your NMOs on this topic. All these information will be presented in a follow up booklet, to be published right after the conclusion of our campaign. Respecting everyone’s privacy, all information can be provided anonymously and shared as such in the booklet. The deadline to fill the form is May 21st.
We are inviting you all to join us in this campaign and to make our message loud and clear:
“Love is a terrible thing to hate”
On behalf of the SCORA IT,
Fatima, Hichem, Christos
