Dear PRC enthusiasts from all around the world,
I hope this email finds you well,
It is with great excitement that I am writing this to announce the PRC Webinars Series 2022.
This webinar series will consist of online sessions and open spaces, supported with additional materials and resources such as videos, references and more. Our aim is to tackle important PRC concepts and skills, introduce you to new developments in the field of PRC, support you in your participation and creations, and bring the PRC IT closer to you.
We will be having many sessions throughout the term, and I will be announcing them on a monthly basis using this thread. Please find below the Webinar we have planned for the month of January.
Session title: Content Creation using Canva
Date and time: Thursday January 27, 2022 at 15:00 GMT

One of the biggest challenges of creating effective visuals is the lack of time and resources. Canva is a free graphic design tool featuring a simple drag and drop interface, with the ability to produce professional images quickly and efficiently. The platform is a very user-friendly design tool, even those with minimal graphic design experience will find it easy to create beautiful designs. If you’re struggling to create visual content using Canva, this session is for you!
In this session, we will quickly go over the basics of Canva, then dive into the more technical features and newest updates. You will be taught how to choose your color palette, elements and fonts to create smart designs using the platform’s many options. This session is all you need to level up your designs creations!
It is highly recommended to all beginners to watch this short video before the session to familiarize themselves with the basics of Canva.
This webinar is a great opportunity for all members wishing to improve their design and Content Creation skills, and everyone interested is welcome to join! Stay tuned as we reveal the sessions happening in February!
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
