Dear NMOs,
With this email, we are opening the Second Combined call for the following post-August Meeting 2020 TaskForces.
For following taskforces and composition:
1) Task Force on Rules and Procedures, including Voting in IFMSA General Assembly meetings
Call open for
- Minimum 1 members. Maximum 3
- More than one IFMSA region should be represented
- Should have attended at least two General Assembly meetings

2) Task Force on Reporting Structure and Voting of Reports in IFMSA
Call open for
- Minimum 3 members. Maximum 5
- Should have attended at least one GA
- Expected experience of IFMSA member should be either IFMSA Official or IFMSA Supervising Council member, past IFMSA IT or PC member, past member or IFMSA CCC or FC, past member of Executive Board of any NMO, past member of any IFMSA Taskforce.
- More than one IFMSA Region should be represented

3) Task Force on Gender Empowerment and Representation for the term 2020-2021
Call open for
- 5 NMO representatives
(Ideally, the 5 NMO representatives should be from at least 5 different regions;
If this is not possible, the 5 NMO representatives should be from, at least, 3 different regions;
The 5 NMO representatives should all be from different NMOs;
No more than 60% of anyone gender represented.)
4) Task Force on Task Force on Mental Health within the IFMSA
Call open for 1 representative (as the previous member was selected for the IT/PC 20/21 and has accordingly left the task force as per bylaws paragraph 6.2). This task force will be active until MM21.
5) Task Force on Code of Conduct Reform
Call open for 1 representative (as the previous member was selected for the IT/PC 20/21 and has accordingly left the task force as per bylaws paragraph 6.2). This task force will be active until MM21.

The deadline for applications is the 12th October 2020, 23:59 GMT.
The following APPLICATION FORM must be filled before the deadline and the Candidature form HERE must be completed and correctly uploaded in the application form.

Ensure that you read the description section of the application form clearly, also ensure that you submit the candidature form correctly.
*Remember that the taskforce can function only when they reach the complete proposed composition.
(As the IT/PC call are in progress and as per the bylaws 6.2 there can be changes in the number of position the call is open for, any changes will be notified by the EB in office either while announcing the result of the 2nd call or while opening the third if there be any need for the same.)
