With this email, we wish to share with you our COVID-19 Webinar Series video recordings for four out of the six webinars held so far. We do apologize for the delay in sharing the videos. We will be sharing recordings for the first and fifth webinars in due course.
Our 2nd Webinar Series was themed “The Science of COVID-19 Prevention” and was facilitated by Dr. Paul Yonga, a specialist in infectious diseases and tropical/travel Medicine. The video recording can be accessed here.
Our 3rd Webinar Series was themed “Pandemic preparedness; Focus on Human Rights” and was facilitated by Dr. Stellah Bosire, a Physician and an advocate for Human Rights. You can access the video recording on YouTube here.
The 4th Webinar Series focused on “Reinforcing research to Combat COVID-19.” Our speakers were Prof. Eleanor Fish, a professor at the Department of Immunology, University of Toronto; and Dr. Moraa Gachemba, a physician and health advocate. Find the video recording here.
The 6th Webinar Series was held yesterday and focused on obtaining a “First hand account from a frontline healthcare worker.” The speaker was Dr. Mbuvi Mutua, the Deputy Head of Department Accident and Emergency at Kenyatta National Hospital. Here is the link to the video recording.
